Below are some commonly asked questions clients may have. If you do not see your question(s) below, do not hesitate to contact me!

  • How do I pay?
    Payments can be made in CASH or CHECK. If you are using a check, please make the check out to "Movement Solutions".
  • Can I get any money back from my insurance company?
    Potentially. You can ask me for a "superbill" which you can submit to your insurance company. You can receive anywhere from 0%-80% reimbursement. If you are interested, please contact me directly for more information.
  • How long does each appointment last?
    Your initial evaluation will be 30 minutes. After that, each appointment lasts around 60 minutes.
  • What should I wear to my appointment?
    Please wear whatever you feel most comfortable in! It is recommended that you wear something that you can move freely in along with a comfortable pair of shoes.
  • What will we be working on during therapy?
    Your therapy session is completely tailored to you and your goals. Priorities will be addressing any deficits such as: mobility, form, strength, pain, or anything that is impairing your performance. We will work together to best incorporate your goals with your plan of care!
  • What if I have never been to physical therapy before?
    Everybody is welcome! There is no "requirement" to come to Movement Solutions. We are here to help you accomplish your goals and will work with you at your pace for the best results.
  • Does physical therapy require me to do my exercises outside of our session?
    Yes. You will be responsible for performing your exercises daily or as prescribed for the best possible results! Sticking to your plan is crucial for adequate progress.
  • Can I reschedule my appointment if I can't make it?
    Yes! Please contact me ASAP if you learn that you are not able to make your scheduled time. We will work to reschedule based on appointment availability.
  • Why are there no specific operating hours?
    My availability is constantly changing due to client demand and sharing a space with Keystone CrossFit. I will be happy to work with you to develop a schedule that will help fit your needs!
