Meet The staff!

Dr.Carly
PT, DPT
Owner/
Physical therapist

Hi! I’m Carly Young, a doctor of physical therapy. My passion is improving movement to reduce pain and improve performance. I decided to start my own practice to provide 1:1 therapy and/or training back in 2021 for people who want to move pain free. I work all walks of life ranging from young athletes to older adults looking to elevate their health. My interest in physical therapy began after having an ACL reconstruction in high school.  Through my own rehab and athletic experiences, I have developed a passion for helping people get back to what they love most and providing injury prevention education along the way. In my free time, you can catch me at Crossfit, hanging out with my dog Obi, or eating some good food.

Since opening my business, I am able to offer: physical therapy, sport-specific training and conditioning, functional strength training, mobility work, and soft tissue mobilization, along with so much more! I provide a warm, welcoming environment where clients can build confidence and strength to achieve their goals. Interested in getting back to doing what you love or elevating your health? You've come to the right place.

Dr.Makenna
DPT, PT
Physical therapist

Hi, I'm Makenna! I'm a physical therapist, competitive CrossFit athlete, and someone who truly enjoys helping you get back to doing what you love. Whether you're recovering from an injury, returning to the gym after surgery, or looking to improve your performance, my goal is to help you move with confidence and build lasting resilience.

I specialize in treating orthopedic and sports-related injuries, with a particular interest in working with strength athletes, CrossFitters, weightlifters, and active adults.

My treatment approach combines evidence-based rehabilitation, hands-on care, and performance-focused programming. I believe every patient deserves an individualized plan that not only addresses their pain or injury, but also helps them return to the activities that are meaningful to them.

As an athlete myself, I've experienced the challenges of injury and recovery firsthand. That perspective helps me appreciate the physical and mental hurdles that can come with rehabilitation, and I strive to create an environment where patients feel heard, supported, and empowered throughout the process.
