Meet The staff!

Dr.Carly
PT, DPT
Owner/
Physical therapist

Hi! I’m Carly Young, a doctor of physical therapy. My passion is improving movement to reduce pain and improve performance. I decided to start my own practice to provide 1:1 therapy and/or training back in 2021 for people who want to move pain free. I work all walks of life ranging from young athletes to older adults looking to elevate their health. My interest in physical therapy began after having an ACL reconstruction in high school.  Through my own rehab and athletic experiences, I have developed a passion for helping people get back to what they love most and providing injury prevention education along the way. In my free time, you can catch me at Crossfit, hanging out with my dog Obi, or eating some good food.

Since opening my business, I am able to offer: physical therapy, sport-specific training and conditioning, functional strength training, mobility work, and soft tissue mobilization, along with so much more! I provide a warm, welcoming environment where clients can build confidence and strength to achieve their goals. Interested in getting back to doing what you love or elevating your health? You've come to the right place.

Dr.Phil
DPT, PT, OCS
Physical therapist

Dr. Phil Mosolino is a board-certified Orthopaedic Clinical Specialist. He earned his bachelor's degree from Bloomsburg University and went on to complete his Doctorate in Physical Therapy at Temple University. His interest in physical therapy began through personal experience—recovering from athletic injuries sustained while playing baseball, football, and soccer.

Since graduating in 2020, Phil has worked in outpatient physical therapy, specializing in orthopedic and vestibular rehabilitation. He takes pride in helping patients recover mobility, reduce pain, and return to the activities they love.

Phil has competed in CrossFit and held a Level 1 Trainer certification, and now primarily focuses on endurance sports. He also enjoys outdoor activities like skiing and mountain biking.

When he's not training or working with patients, Phil values time spent with his wife and three daughters. His personal and professional life is driven by a genuine passion for movement, performance, and helping others achieve their physical goals.
