Movement Solutions

In 2021, I wanted to provide personalized, expert 1:1 care to people dealing with chronic injuries and activity limitations outside of the stereotypical physical therapy environment. I wanted to reach people who have felt they haven't received the care that they needed, have felt overlooked, or was not taken seriously about their health. With that, Movement Solutions was founded with the philosophy of providing patient-first care to help each individual reach their goals and change their lives for the better.
